The cases below are chargeable even within the warranty period:
- The warranty card lacks a dealer stamp or purchase date that identifies the selling store
- Lost warranty card (no reissue under any circumstances)
- Failure due to natural disasters or accidental damage, cosmetic damage, or breakage
- Setup or repair at a store other than the seller, or modifications confirmed regardless of where performed
- Damage to accessories, not the instrument body
- Replacement of consumable parts such as nut, pots, frets, or factory strings
